Examiner.com reports that Savage vows to "retaliate" against Media Matters by posting "pertinent information" about staff:

Right wing talker Michael Savage vowed yesterday during his broadcast that he will retaliate against media watchdog Media Matters for America by posting pictures and "pertinent information" about the organization's staff on his website. He made the comment almost in passing during one of his infamous rants, but did not explain what he expected his followers known as the "Savage Nation" to do with the information.

[...]

Against this backdrop the threat to post pictures and personal information about media watchdogs as a response to criticism can legitimately be perceived as a threat. Michael Savage may be famous for brash talk and incendiary language, but recent history must be taken into account as his "Savage Nation" may take the talker's inflammatory posting as marching orders to take action against his enemies.

Why is Savage so ashamed of his heritage?! From now on we should refer to him as Michael Weiner... and his fans can be The Weiner Nation

I haven't yet figured out if it's pronounced "weener" or "whiner". Either is appropriate

I don't know about Savage. The talk radio stations around here don't carry him and I've never heard him, that I know of. But seems like a stupid thing to say on the air. Probably just trying to stir up ratings.

I've had the misfortune of hearing his shows (my husband likes it when i yell at the radio ).

He is an inflammatory moron who is happily egging on the crazies out there to do stupid things.

I've never heard Savage either, but Guns&CrucifixGuy at work does, so it must be on the air here... heck, Mark "The Evidence Planter" Fuhrman even had a radio show here in Spokane

He is also trying to sue a facebook group for starting a boycott against his son's company "Rockstar" drinks, and a writer on alternet for writing about it.

    For libel, at that LOL.

So much for a "free market" and "free speech". Isn't that what he's always complaining about being restricted on? So he wants free reign, but a boycott and an article should be notably shut down and then pursued in court because he doesn't like it?

    I don't think that's how it works

I have never listened to him and only hear about him. The situation could prove entertaining though.

    Michael who?

Sometimes I feel privileged not to get cable TV or hate radio.

Yeah, then you didn't have to hear Jeanane Garbageflow on her short lived, hate filled radio show. But I guess only conservatives are capable of "hate?"

You all that never heard Savage are missing a treat. Talk about entertainment! Just imagine the people that take hims seriously and take his nonsense as serious political discourse. They must need to wear helmets when they brush their teeth. Do a youtube search and have at it.
