What do you think is the most important factor which decides the progress of a nation.
Is it its form of governance?
Is it its leaders?
Or do you think it is the collective effort of the individuals?

    D all of the above.

As the collective efforts of the individuals determine (more often than not) the governance, leadership, and economy.

Speaking of the MOST important factor, I think it is the leaders. They are the ones who influence the individual. In a country with a literacy rate of say 20%, you cannot expect the individuals to take their country to glory.

No, leaders come and go. And, people can influence their leaders - they just have to go out and do it.

There is no black and white answer to this - because society and progress is more than the sum of it's parts.
