Senate Banking Committee member Richard Shelby may be on to something regarding those zombie banks. He told George Stepanopoulos on 'This Week':
"Close them down, get them out of business... If they're dead, they ought to be buried."
Would this result in mayhem as the bulk of interested experts agree, or just the market at work?
