      Decriminalizing marijuana is IMO a better approach than legalization is.

      As I understand it (could be wrong) that decriminalizing pot would make is less of a hassle to posses but not legal to grow. Therefore, the pot heads would still be giving their money to mexican cartels to grow their deciminalized pot. Better to legalize, bring growing to U.S., tax and regulate.

   Taliban totally finished out drugs in their time. After coming of America it grews again, and more than 40% goes through pakistan. also caused terrorism.
