Sarcasm and humor? See sati, that is why I had not bothered to point out how asinine Olbermann is before this because I knew no matter what is said about your hero, you would simply give him a pass. So you think it is okay to advocate physical harm towards Hillary Clinton? I bet that had Rush or Sean said that you would be saying it was hate speech.
Thereby according to you sati, Olbermann (or any liberal talk show host for that matter) can say ANYTHING and it is "sarcasm and humor." But all conservative talk show hosts only spew hate speech. Is that an intellectually honest stance to take?
@Agit8r - I know that there is a fast food chain with that name. Merely showing a link that proves it exists is not interpreting the meaning of what Olbermann said. Are you denying he said it about a black man, which only enforces a stereotype? Can you really get inside his head and know what he meant? So how DID he mean it? Furthermore, had a conservative said the same thing, would you be just as quick to give them a pass? C'mon Agit8r, I expect lock step blind allegiance to all things liberal from sati, he is capable of nothing more. But you?

If asking you if your stance on this topic is intellectually honest can be construed as a personal attack, I am mystified as to how it would be so.

This was in answer to Agit8r, I wasn't attacking him at all. Just asking his opinion. When I referenced you, it was pointing out your continued liberal bias in your posts, no matter whether you are right or wrong.

What? You still haven't admitted you were wrong.
I cannot post the personal attacks you made against me about my pending heart transplant and overal medical condition because they have been removed by the BC moderators. However most people here on this thread are aware of your doing so. I have yet to get an apology from you on those attacks, either.
sati, I will be the first to admit that I am passionate about my positions. I will also admit that I have had a sharp tongue in some of my posts. When confronted with it, I give it right back. There have even been times that I went too far and I apologized. Ask Agit8r. He pointed out to me how I was wrong and I apologized on the spot, no questions asked. You sati, seem unable to do such. At no time have I tried to denigrate your cartoons, or anything about what I know of your personal life.
Since you seem offended by my posts, I will state for the record that if that is true, and if you have been offended, I do hereby apologize. Sincerely. -
No, I have not been offended, but I learned some time ago that it's common practice for right-wingers to use insults as their main tactic for "debate." I've merely given the same back in return, and as some have said, more harsh than I have gotten.
If someone punches you in the mouth, you don't just punch them back in the mouth and see what they'll do next. You go in and pummel them until they stop fighting. And that was my intention. I'd much rather have an honest debate than all this petty bickering and name calling. -
So how did I punch you in the mouth? You called me a moron when I responded to your statement that related our founding fathers (revolutionists) to terrorists. That was a silly statement, yet I made no personal attack. But I knew you wouldn't apologize. In fact the only reason I am even discussing it is because you not only started this thread, but said. "Show proof of me insulting someone first and I'll apologise to that person."
I also don't paint all liberals with a broad paint brush. Sweeping generalizations are dangerous, they can lead to ill advised thinking. It has been shown that time and time again when anyone disagrees with you, you attack.
I suggest you are not big enough to admit it. -

Sati to NewBlogger- all you did was set up a straw-man, just so you could knock him down. Although that's a lot easier than actually formulating an honest argument, it doesn't do our country any good. Get the facts. It's not that hard.-

Okay, my cable company has been doing maintenance for the last several days. That is the only reason I can think of that can speak to the double posts that have been popping up when I try to blog here on BC. I apologize for the inconvenience.

BC was doing some work too. Or you might just need to update your browser or javascript. I used to get phases like that here, and most of them seemed to have more to do with BC than me.

And yet, when you make personal attacks, you never apologize. Hmmm, that says a lot about a person who can make fun of someone who is in need of a heart transplant. I do not want, nor do I need your sympathy, but I believe you crossed the line several times when referring to my health condition and also when accusing me of making it up. Evidently so did the moderators, because all your comments to that effect have been removed.

Trying to stop personal attacks. then what is the purpose of this post other then for you to try to shame those that you say insulted you. Again another showing of the left playing the crying game and never producing facts. you are wasting time and bandwidth with this post. -
