What do you think of Shariah Law coming to America?

Shariah Law is religious law applied in many middle eastern countries. Defendants tried and found guilty could be whipped, have their hands cut off for stealing or executed in public. As these populations grow in the West, it will be only a matter of time before it is applied here in the United States. What are your thoughts?

Just like other barbaric peoples who have immigrated (Celts, Balts, Slavs etc.--and yes, I resemble one or more of those), they become more or less assimilated and less barbarized.

It's never going to applied here lawfully. We may see sporadic instances of it being applied in fundamentalist families like the instances of honor killings. These killings are illegal and always will be.
