Obama is projected the winner in PA and leading in FL and I just don't see McCain making any type of run.

I predict the election will be called by 10:00pm EST for Obama. What is your prediction?

Vote in my poll who you voted for on my blog.

I assume saying not soon enough for a Obama win :-)

Might be sooner. NPR just called Ohio for Obama.

    11:05 pm eastern time.

I thought by adding the :05, it might look like I know what I'm talking about :-)

I didn't take in account that the media may not be able to call the election until all the state polls close.

This did not stop me from calling it on my blog...

FoxNews called it at exactly 10:00

    EDIT:
    Central time that is...

for at least the last 15 mins 10:45 EST you could tell the announcers were ready to call it. but waiting for polls in the west to close.

They called it precisely when the polls closed on the West Coast, calling California, Oregon and Washington even though 0% of the vote was counted (though, to their credit, they were right).

Basically, everybody knew McCain had little chance after Pennsylvania was called (8:15 EST?) and it was kind of funny watching the commentators after Ohio was called since, basically, they knew it was over but weren't allowed to call it. So, basically, I'd say it was REALLY called when Ohio was called.
