If you're as sick of hearing about the Proposition 8 bullshit as I am, don't fret. I'm not going to repeat or refute the same tired arguments for or against Proposition 8. I have something else in mind.

Interesting point, but it relies on an assumption about Prop 8 supporters' beliefs on other issues.

That's why I specifically worded it like this: Anyone who supported California's Proposition 8 for "traditionalist" reasons but does not support removing "In God we trust" from our currency or reverting the Pledge of Allegiance to its former state is a FLAMING HYPOCRITE!

I never said all people who supported Prop 8 wouldn't support the other issues. I merely stated that people who did one, but not the others, were hypocrites.

When they say "tradition," they mean religious tradition.

They might intend that, but they never clearly express that. (To do so would ruin their strategy of appealing to non-Fundies people.)

      Wow, I made Anok speechless.

Not saying you talk too much or anything, but I do believe this is a first.

Drunk in my sheer awesomeness? I get that a lot.

LOL, I was just so amused I could only laugh.

And yes, I do talk a lot

And I'm short on coffee today...

      Short on coffee? Uh-oh.

Caffeine withdrawal leads to unbelievable crankiness. As a follow-up, I'd like to cite that I've avoided caffeine in large doses for nearly a year. (Occasional Diet Pepsi when there was nothing else to drink and I wasn't in the mood for plain ol' water. )

Oh, and I thought cranky was your default mode
