I guessed that California, New Jersey and New York were on the list. But I live in Illinois, and with the problems we have had with crooked politicians and the Chicago political machine, I would put it on the list.

    Ooh that's tough.

    California, Florida, Mississippi, uhm....Michegan, Texas.

Let me see if I'm right.

    2 outta 3
    1. clioandme
Why Mississippi and Texas? Because you couldn't imagine governing there? Or are there some conflicts you had in mind?
    2. Agit8r
well, if counts as good prior experience to become president, it must be a tough gig
    3. Anok
I was thinking about economics and of course, Texas' prior comments about secession. I'm thinking it's gotta be tough to be from Texas right now
    4. clioandme
But if you're amongst the like-minded, how tough could it be? Only tough when you leave the comfort of your own state.

Plus you get to shoot your enemies, if you want.
    5. Anok
Yeah, I wasn't thinking about the question as being tough in state as much as I was thinking in general terms.

Now, now, I did not mean "states" as in "nation states." I'm talking about states in this union whose birthday is tomorrow.

A little off topic, but Palin has announced her resignation. Dunno why that would be necessary for a GOP presidential run, since her term was over in 2010 anyway, but what do I know. Maybe governing moose and fish is tougher than I thought.
