Hi my name is Joyce Brown AKA JOY. I own an Adventure Fitness Bootcamp with my hubby Demarcus Brown AKA Sarge. I have a high tolerance for pain since I had 2 babies without an epidural and they tricked me into getting one on my final and 3rd baby(joke, but no joke). I love living a life on purpose and love helping others live a more fulfilled life, especially as it relates to their fitness goals. My ultimate passion is working with people as a fitness trainer outdoors with nature. I get to use the gift God gave me to move their bodies in the most creative and limitless ways in order to get results in the most efficient and effective way. I have a mission to help many people as possible have their most perfect body and ELIMINATE sugar from their eating regime. I have 3 sub-passions that I call the 3Ms. 1.Modeling 2.Makeup artistry and 3.Motivator. Enough about me theres lots of work to do so lets get busy.
