We 60+ Boomers are the second best generation ever. Has any generation ever witnessed as much change, discovery, and development in history. This is exciting. We are the children of the "Best Generation Ever" with most of our parents being somehow involved in WWII. The best generation ever fought for the rights we are enjoying when they stormed Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, and liberated Paris. Now we are faced with a group of fanatics that want to take back waht our parents and ancestors have fought for and return us to the ways they left behind. My ancestors left Ireland and Germany in the 1700's and 1800's and moved west to help settle this great country. I am afraid, my children are afraid for their children. The people in Washington are running roughshod over us "bumpkins", most never even stopping off in Nebraska.
