You are, as they say, what you eat. This being the case, it seems we are the product of thousands of years of History, Language, Empire, Trade and cultural exchanges (friendly or otherwise), seasoned to taste and served with a few rounds of bread. I'm here to plot our cultures; our histories and our languages through our food; and the origins of our food through every possible combination of the above. If history is a banquet and the proof is in the pudding, then let's eat.
