I developed a passion for making videos in 1987 after my first child was born. Soon after, a friend asked me to shoot his wedding. While working as a human resources manager for a retail organization, I began filming training videos. The was over 16 years ago. When the retail company ran into financial troubles, it was time to move on. I started Alliance Video Productions in 1993.
