A great site offering plenty of good advice. Having suffered from depression for 25 years, I recently severely 'crashed'. Subsequently I have started a blog at http://www.strayblackdog.co.uk detailing my thoughts, despairs and treatments. I don't mean to promote the blog, rather to offer some possible help to readers, if only to identify common feelings and go some way to reducing the feelings of isolation. Best wishes, Andrew
