Roleplayers are masters of pretending, but despite our best efforts at disbelief, we grew up. We have jobs, families, and mortgages now. Our time has become precious, and thus we demand more from our games and our social experiences than we ever used to. We don’t want to waste time on rules and bookkeeping, but instead spend it on roleplaying and interacting with our friends and loved ones. And we certainly don’t want to sacrifice quality for this simplicity. We need both elegance and sophistication.

That is Apathy Games. Zero Compromise Roleplaying. If we’ve done our job, you should be able to invite your friends over, print an adventure, pour some drinks, and play.

In the early 20th century, before television and the Internet absconded with our evenings, people would dress up and gather at posh clubs or cocktail parties for socialization and entertainment. We roleplayers, by the nature of our hobby, are carrying on the core of this grand tradition. At Apathy, we embrace this culture, and invite you to join us.
