I love B&W photography! Pictures in black and white are so classic and beautiful. Yours are especially nice. The tone and style of your pictures are artistic and clean. I hope to take photography classes soon and your blog really inspires me to be creative with B&W photos. I really like your "times are changing" picture.

Coming upon this site is like finding gold to me. I am a young aspiring business owner and the information on here is so helpful. I also like how the font on the blog is large and easy to read. I spend most of my days on the computer and small font hurt my eyes.

Nice layout. I love your colors. They're happy and tranquil, great for a yoga blog. I'm inspired that you're able to incorporate a busy job and still have time to TEACH yoga! I hope to take some yoga classes in the future. But for now, I just practice at home with youtube. haha.

Very intersting blog. I just read your posting about how going to church can reduce death. I go to church on a regular basis, and this is very good to know. My personal explanation for this is that going to church is relaxing and clears my mind of the past week's stress. Stress is a major factor in aging (I believe), therefore clearing your mind from stress is good for your health.

I just read your post on change. I really enjoyed it. I wish I had read it a few years ago when I just entered college. I had the hardest time. Years later I realize it was because I didn't respond to my changes very well. Being able to change and adapt is so important in life, and I'm glad you address it in your blogs!

I'm really glad I came upon this blog. I am very big on eating healthy. I read your blog posted on sugar, and I think the important thing to keep in mind is once you have some sugar, you'll get more cravings of it. I was addicted to soda once (terrible, I know) but I'm now in much control. I allow myself maybe one a week. Keep up the good writing and invaluable information!

io dont have my own dog.. but i did have one and she passed away.. anyways.. i love my frineds dogs. she has too,. sam ansd jack and i love them,.. i will admit i like to play with sam a little more because hes just too cute.. but jack is adborable too i love them i want them. or i want one!

i have actually gotten back into the old bevlery hills 90210.. i watch it almost everyday haha .. thank goodness for tivo. anyways.. i love watching the old one.. and i will watch the new 90210 from time to time but the old 90210 is still the best without a doubt i love it and i love dylan mckay and brian austin green!
