I'm a boring, cynical, sarcastic, weight disadvantaged bloke who likes to think he can keep fit with not a lot of exercise (but plenty of talk about it !). A concept which surely has to be the Holy Grail for all the men in the world, who at the age of 49, seem to think that they have somehow still "got it". I have absolutely no idea who is going to be interested in this badly written crap, but enjoy, or ignore if you wish. As always, its your choice, no one is forcing you to read this drivel.
