I am a certified personal trainer and figure competitor in Metro Detroit. I created Made Fit TV to show people that health and fitness can be fun, convenient, and effective in everyone's life. My videos include workouts, training styles, recipes, nutrition guidance, injury prevention, and answers to fan's questions.
Sharing my enthusiasm for fitness, health, and beauty is what I love to do. I believe and teach that it is possible and attainable to reach the highest quality of those factors with almost any lifestyle. Fit bodies don't just happen -- they're MADE!
