I am professional food writer and amatuer food eater who lives and writes in Overland Park, KS (a suburb of Kansas City.) My passion for food began when I cooked in the kitchen with my father who still is a wonderful cook. I use the kitchen as classroom, therapy, science lab, and a way to connect with my wife and son and then I share those experiences via the written word.
Perhaps one day someone will pay me to eat at which point I will be a professional food eater, too.
