I was born in Fontana, CA in 1977. At 17 years old I moved to San Luis Obispo, CA to attend Cal Poly and run track. My pole vault career proved fruitful and I earned NCAA All-American status in 1999, with my best jump being 18' 1/2". Soccer has always been a huge part of my life and I continue to play on a weekly basis. I also enjoy competition pistol and rifle shooting, surfing, golfing, and many other activities. I'm married to my beautiful wife Annette and we have two awesome dogs: Harley and Daisy!
