David Lemberg is a retired chiropractic orthopedist, having practiced in Manhattan for more than 20 years. His articles on fitness, health. and wellness have been published for more than 25 years.

David's articles have appeared in national magazines such as Muscle & Fitness and Dance Magazine, peer-reviewed journals, and many web-based publications.

For many years David taught postgraduate orthopedics to chiropractors in venues throughout the United States and Canada, as part of a board-certification program hosted by a renowned chiropractic college.

Previously, David was a professional dancer and dance teacher in New York City. His performing career began at age 7 as the Mad Hatter in a second-grade production of "Alice in Wonderland".
