My name is R. Jerome Harris and by profession I am an Information Technology Specialist, Network Administrator, Instructional Systems Developer (ISD), Web Developer, Technical Instructor, and Internet Marketing Consultant.

I have traveled much of the world and have taught and lectured; inspired and have been inspired; in many lands such as Thailand, Panama, The Republic of the Philippines, Greece, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Morocco, Iceland, Honduras as well as across the United States.

I have 20 years of United States Air Force experience as a Master Instructor and course developer. I have taught well over 2,000 recruiters the art of passive candidate mining via the web. I was the previous lead instructor and trainer of a large and well known U.S. Federal Agency and was tasked to train Federal employees domestic and abroad in Internet technologies.

My interests are in business, Internet marketing, training, and personal development. I enjoy experimenting with new technology and applying it to practical real life applications. I currently spend my spare time mentoring and coaching business professionals on how to become recognized experts in their field of work.
