Not bad... I mean, I know content is King... However, you should make the design a little more aesthetically pleasing so that you grab the users' attention long enough that they have time to see that you have good content. Otherwise most of them will leave within the first few seconds of arriving.

Very nice site, very intuitive tools and resources. However, the image of the woman with half her head cut out is a little distracting. It gives the impression that you should be able to scroll up more to see the rest of her face.
