Hi, I'm Betty and I write Experienced Nurse blog (Geriatric Nursing). I started the Experienced Nurse blog in 2008 to provide a resource for nurses working in Assisted Living Centers. Prior to starting the blog I have worked as a registered nurse for 34 plus years with the last eight years as a nurse consultant licensing boarding homes and assisted living centers.
