I am a FHA mortgage banker who specializes in FHA 203K rehab loans, FHA purchases, FHA refinances and FHA reverse mortgages. My compnay is Village Home Mortgage and we are located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Our company is licensed in 29 states and growing. Our main focus is FHA mortgages but we do just about everything out there as well as conventional, both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, VA and commercial mortgages. On the personal side- I am a huge Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fans. Go Phils! I also am a big Pearl Jam, Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band and Stone Temple Pilots fan on the music side. I also love to fish and most of the time when I am not working you can catch me on the beach or in a boat of the New Jersey shore fishing!
