I love to share my tips and insights on being fit, fierce and fabulous, and also how to balance out the fun "bad" stuff with some good solid fitness and health regimens. We can't all be angels when it comes to enjoying life, and if we're smart, we don't always have to be! The naughty stuff IS fun! You can raise your glass (or fork) when appropriate, just as long as you raise a pair of dumbbells when needed! ;)
