Giulio is a Senior Associate in the Technology Media and Telecommunicartions and Commercial department of Lovells (Italy).

Giulio was awarded with a law degree at University Federico II of Naples. Before joining Lovells, he worked in London, focusing on privacy and data protection issues, where he received an LL.M. in Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Internet and Telecommunications law at the Queen Mary College.

Giulio has a strong expetise in advising clients on gaming and betting law issues (both online and offline) as well as on information technology and e-commerce matters. Also he advises companies on telecommunications and data protection issues under Italian and European law.

Likewise, he has reached a considerable experience in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements and product and service supply and distribution agreements, also dealing with competition issues arising out of vertical agreements.
