I am a hockey blogger who writes commentary and opinion pieces, injecting humor and knowledge, on a bevy of hockey related topics. I love the sport of hockey – all teams, all players on all levels. I have no favorite team, which helps keep any bias out of my writing. I am part of NHL.com’s blog community and have been a featured blogger on NHL.com.- I grew up in a hockey mad family and have one of my own now. I cut my teeth at the Boston Garden, Hartford Civic Center, Forum in Los Angeles and the Coliseum in Springfield, Ma. going to Bruins, Whalers, Kings and Indians games. I go to the rink now, to watch my son play and take him to Bruins, Falcons, Umass, Amherst College, AIC and Jr. Falcons games. I have spent countless hours in my lifetime at rinks all over New England and California and have seen many players develop through the ranks. I own a massive collection of pro hockey autographs that was started by my Grandfather, passed on to my Father, passed on to myself and soon to be passed on to my son, that spans from the 1920’s to the present.
