In truth, I am not Roman at all, but a Canadian who, up until last summer, had been living in Paris with the Love of My Life (the Frenchman) and our 2-year old daughter (the Bambina). But then, the Frenchman's employer gave him marching orders to move to Rome. So here we are. I'm a lawyer by trade but here in Rome, I am spending my time learning Italian, seeing the sites, taking art history courses, playing with the Bambina and just hanging out while the Frenchman completes his 4-year workstint.
