I'm a Deaf Cherokee woman living with my silence a mere 4 years. I'm embarking on this little adventure called life with a hearing dog. In essence I'm breaking all the taboos and letting people see me as I am, not what they believe I should be. I know adversity, I have lived it all my life......things change.
