Jim Watkins has been involved in the Computer industry since the early 70's, Jim started as a computer programmer when computers were the size of a small tank. He began his career as an 360 assembler language programer and ending as a System Analyst and contract programmer. It was at this time he discovered the freedom and comfort of working from home. For eight years he was able to do 99% of his work from his home office.

It was a great life but it was still linear income. If he did not work and produce billable hours he did not get paid.

That is when he began the long journey to create a residual income working from home.

Over time the discovery was made that in order to build a real business that would provide the income and time freedom that was his goal it would take a change in lifestyle. As a computer programmer/analyst most of that time you are in your own private world. You don't need anyone or anything to accomplish your task.

The internet can certainly give you that kind of life but to really succeed in an online business you must develope relationship marketing. The most successful people online are those that can connect with people. To achieve enduring success you must know and like people and have a desire to help them meet their goals.
