Hi Candice! In business there will always be issues like high gas prices to contend with, and these issues will affect business. However, my opinion is that pet businesses that do more and more promotion of their online stores, or the fact that they are a neighborhood (close to you) business, can benefit from the soaring gas prices through promotion of such. Save gas, save money by shopping online or at your (close to you, we're on your way) neighborhood pet store. Promoting long term product quality will also be more important.
