I am a Chinese-Filipino, a Proud ASEAN Citizen born and living in the Philippines. Currently involved in educating people how to earn money.

I love to read books, I was 5 years old then, the first book I read (other than school books) was Book#5 of "Choose Your Own Adventure" entitled "The Curse of the Chimney Rock".

Around 7-yr old, I first read the book about Einstein's Theory of Relativity, and by 8 yrs. old, a book titled simply as "Brain" or "The Brain". It's a hardbound book that tells us how the human brain works, the chemicals involve, and so on.

Since then, I dreamed of becoming a Neurologist, specializing in the study of it than the operating people's brains. But it never happened, and I don't think it ever will.

Life brought me to a totally different path, the path leading to computers, gaming, and technology. After graduating High School and taking few months of college, I left formal schooling and self-studied creating websites, building communities, learned my way into online marketing, leveraging social networks and Web2.0, and managing communities (especially those I built).

It was a long process. Some takes years, some as short as three to six months.

By 2003, I landed a job as a Pioneer GameMaster in the first Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game in the Philippines - Philippine Ragnarok Online by Level-Up Games (second if you count Oz World).

The year when I started learning about the so-called "corporate world". It was a year later when I moved to Digital Media Exchange, Inc. (aka Mobius Online Games) that I started climbing the "corporate ladder".

From thereon my world, my views, and my values changed. I became more and more embedded in the "E" quadrant - the Employee quadrant. Then from my family's side, I get values from the "S" quadrant - the Self-Employed; Soloist; I-can-do-it-better-myself-alone Quadrant.

As you can see, I developed and learned the values of those on the left side of the Cashflow Quadrant, the E-S. And with it comes the lifestyle and mindset of an Employee and the Self-Employed - spend while you have the money; save a few; get in debts; work hard to pay your debts; live below your means because of debts or low salary; all while, still spending.

It was only recently that I read Kiyosaki's book entitled "Cashflow Quadrant" that I found out my wrong values. Only recently that I saw that my father's 'money' values are not the solution. Mr. Kiyosaki call it the "Poor Dad", and to him, just like me, it was his real father.

Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad", his bestfriend's father and the "uneducated" one is the one who have rich values and who taught him about the Cashflow Quadrant.

The rich values being that, if we want to be rich and be wealthy, we need to change our lifestyle, change our mindset, and learn to be someone who's on the B-I Quadrant. What is it? The Business Owner and the Investor quadrants.

I am going through the shift stage these weeks and the coming months. It is hard for me especially that the people around me, especially my own father, are all embedded in the E-S quadrants.

Kiyosaki highly recommends to anyone who wants to shift to the B-I quadrants to find mentors on those quadrants and be around those people.

Hopefully, God will show me the path where I can find such a mentor. Especially now that I entered into my first business venture, suddenly there is a whole new world to learn.

I feel like I was re-born. I do not know anything about the world that I now see. But this being "re-born" is different because you have complete knowledge of your "previous life".

It is a total clash of the E-S lifestyle, mindset, and values against the lifestyle, mindset, and values of the B-I quadrants. But I know deep inside that this will be the most memorable, fun-filled chapter of my life.

What's at the other end of this path? Well, I can see living my dreams. Not just being rich and wealthy, but having the freedom to do what I want, when I want.

Are you on the same path as I am today? Maybe we can help each other by sharing what we've learned along the way.

Or you're one of those who made it successfully to the other side? Then would you mind if I ask you to help me and share to me what you've learned as I go on this transition from the left side of the quadrant to the right side of the quadrant?

Oh, and by the way, my new business venture, having wasted all the hard earned money, I entered a low start-up cost business that's into the Health & Wellness industry. This is one of the whole new world I have to learn and study hard.

We can not turn back time, but I can proudly say that lessons were learned. This shift to live in the "B" Quadrant, and God-willing, live in the "I" Quadrant is a huge challenge that I am whole-heartedly facing.

Can we cross the bridge together?
Can you be my mentor?
