I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in Pediatric and Adult Mental Health case management. I assisted in pioneering the Medicaid Waiver children's program in the 1990s working with several Mental Health boards in Michigan. Later, I participated in pioneering a Community Mental Health children's intensive in-home intervention program for "at risk" youth in Michigan. I am certified in ASSIST suicide prevention. Currently I am serving as a Public School Health Nurse in a large public school district.
