This my fourth year in the greater Las Vegas Valley ( Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley and Summerlin) real estate business. The first year was dedicated to research and learning.
Proper preparation has led to a rewarding couple of years (ten million dollars in closed transactions and counting). My academic background includes graduate school in electrical engineering where I have taken and aced many PHD level courses, including mathematics. I supported myself and financed my education by being a part owner of a wholesale automobile business that procured cars for export companies. I consider the business insight that I gained by dealing with a wide spectrum of business professionals during those years invaluable.
While trying to start one of the first on-line auto businesses in 1996, a bad auto accident that resulted in many surgeries and a long recovery period side-tracked me for a few years. Upon recovery and moving to Las Vegas, I saw a great opportunity in residential and commercial real estate. Although many other Nevada real estate licensees possess the necessary knowledge to help customers with their needs, I believe that my proven analytical capabilities, which I have gained through years of research and study can be utilized as a big advantage for my customers. I am a Nevada real estate licensee, REALTOR® and a member of the Realty Executive team.
