I am an IT Project Manager/Landlord/Part-Time Real Estate Investor that lives just outside Philadelphia, PA.
My team that I manage consists of about 19 people spread out across the United States. Since everyone is so far apart I end up being on the road once every 3 weeks or so. I enjoy the travel.
I own 3 properties, 2 are rental units and one is my personal residence. My first rental unit is a Condo located in Northeast Philly. My second unit is a townhouse also located in Northeast Philly.
