Unbelievably cocky, unreasonably annoying, unbearably boring. I'm Indonesian, currently working in Hong Kong. Cooking was initially a cost-saving necessity for me, and now it has become some kind of therapy. My own cooking style is heavily influenced by my Indonesian & Chinese heritage (plus busy city-lifestyle), slowly evolving to be more eclectic as I learnt more from you guys.
