Great blog - I really admire you for wanting to get the word out. Good luck with your recovery/journey/whatever you want to call it. Having suffered from depression and self harm myself (with a bit of alcohol abuse thrown in for good measure), I have every sympathy for what you're going through. Hope the blog wins countless awards!
