If somewhere there’s a secret file about me, I’m sure it says that I love people and money… in that order; and that I’m a guy who has a point of view (in fact lots of them!), but not an attitude. It probably also mentions that I was born and raised in Manhattan, went to graduate school in the USA and Europe; and that my 1st employer was a think-tank where I advised multinationals, until I “got” recruited away by one of them. Since then, my path has been: entrepreneur, foundation president and e-businessman… but one who’s blessed (cursed?) with a nose for emerging trends and innovating. On the other hand, if you asked my wife, she might simply describe me as a decent husband and father…
