I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. I've been passionate about natural medicine alternative my whole life. When I found Chinese Herbs, I found nature provided not just pain relievers but herbs that can relieve mood swings, bloating, cramps even breast tenderness. Chinese Herbs help balance the body overall, not just temporarily. Once your body is working optimally PMS symptoms become part of the past. (Later I needed an Chinese herb insomnia formula so now we make both) Our herbs are 100% natural no fillers, because they are immediately packaged in stay fresh individual packets. This is new packaging for the Western world but has been available in Asia for years. This technology keeps herbs fresh and therefore more potent without filler and preservatives.
