I'd say this is one of the best blogs out there, simply because a lot of the information delivered has applications well beyond the scope of the intended subject matter. Scams and confidence artistry games extend beyond get rich schemes, these same techniques and scam-language methodology are applied to many different types of sociopathic activities, from the social engineering techniques used for spreading computer viruses to spam and even by that overly-ambitious coworker in your office. A lot of great advice here, definitely worth the time to read.

I think your blog is great, you write well and break up the text with some great related images. Bravo. Also, since my wife suffers from chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic psuedocysts (yeah, try getting people to believe she has a disease that starts with psuedo) we can certainly identify with your writing.
