Knowing the local market is an asset to your client whether you are selling them a home, or selling a home on their behalf.
I hope other real estate professionals use this site as a tool to improve their business. Sometimes it takes another professional to point out the flaws, suggest price reductions and recommend necessary repairs for a home to sell.
