My name is Jay and I live in Delaware. I started riding motorcycles when I was thirteen. I bought my first Harley in 2005. Now I am on my third Harley in three years. I am the Activites Officer for the First State chapter of the Harley Owners Group. I started writing about our HOG tyrips which lead to me launching my blog: Road Captain USA.com in 2008.
