We’ve been vegan since July 7, 2007.
I'm Lane. My wife Jane and I are vegans. Since we became vegans we’ve been eating lots of really tasty, nutritious food. And losing weight! Vegan and vegetarian diets have been credited with lowering the risks of all kinds of nasty diseases including: colon cancer, heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, prostate cancer, and stroke, just to name a few.
