Great site! I live in Nashville now, but am originally from Sevier County Tennessee and lived in both Bristol and Johnson City for a few years and went to school at ETSU. I used to go to a lot of local arts and music festivals when I lived there. I was at the very first Jonesborough Days. I loved upper East Tennessee and the surrounding area of Virgina. It is good to see the region presented in a real light rather than the way the media often presents it. I am adding your link to my blog. Keep up the good work. rod

While I disagree with the position of the author on some of the issues of the day, I like much of what I see on this site. I always considered myself very conservative until the ground shifted beneath my feet and I would now have to call myself a moderate. It is good to find a site that values pragmatism and common sense and rationality. I will be revisiting often. well written and attractive site. I look forward to exploring the sites blogroll. I am a Housing Counselor with a HUD approved housing counseling non-profit agency. A major part of my job his helping low income people get "mortgage-ready." Another major function is helping people avoid mortgage default. I see the stupid mistakes people make all the time. Financial literacy and money management skill are lacking in a great many people. Your site offers solid sound advice. I will be checking it often for information that I can share with my clients. This is a great site. My site is primarily political, but I have added your link to my site. Great blog, keep it up!

This is one of my favorite blogs. I am a regular reader. I disagree with her on several issues. However, Blanca is sassy, witty, clever, and funny while serving up her opinions. And, I bet she is sexy too! She is the kind of girl I would have liked to have dated.

Great blog. I am right of center myself, so I disagree with many of your opinions, but I think you are a very talented political cartoonist. Too bad your not on our side. i seldom go beyond the first page when I discover a new blog, but with yours I found myself hitting that "older post" link time after time. I think you are ever bit as good as any of the major cartoonist working for the big city newspapers. I tend to grade conservatively, but I am giving you a 10. Original art work deserves a higher score.
