I have a split personality in the professional sense.........

One half of me is a "A Consultant with 20 years of international knowledge, skills and experience covering sales, technical, delivery and strategic consulting, mainly for Telecoms and complex IT solution environments. Equally capable of operating at the micro (specific solution to a specific problem) and macro (strategic thinking) levels within an organisation, with a proven ability to rapidly indentify the root-cause of problems and understand the interdependencies between strategy, process, people and technology when developing solutions. Able to engage comfortably at all levels, from deeply technical to Board, creating buy-in, alignment and consensus throughout. Able to deliver revolutionary change or provide steady-state continuous improvement, but always seeking better ways to get things done."

The other half writes and speaks on how to get the most out of Social Media and Networking and that's the bit you guys will see here (probably the more interesting side, if I'm honest!)
