I love when a food blog not only shares recipes but shares stories and a glimpse of life outside the kitchen. Reading your blog is like having a conversation with a long lost friend. It's a definite new favorite of mine!

I am a huge movie fan but tend to shy away from film blogs because they simply spout their opinions without providing reasons behind them. What I love about this blog is how he not only presents his opinion, he lets you know exactly what led him to that opinion. His writing style helps create a mood and really gives the reader a better understanding of the elements of the film. He also happens to have fabulous taste in movies AND the most awesome movie rating system I have ever seen!

I adore your site! I'm new to Blog Catalog and have already discovered sooo many great sites! I'm a Daring Baker too, so I love reading your DB challenge posts! I'm definitely trying your recipe for Philly cheese steaks (my mouth is watering just looking at it)!
