I am a senior aesthetician and skin care blogger with Aura Laser Skin Care, a premiere skin clinic and medical spa in the Seattle Eastside area. In my current role, I overlook a team of registered nurses and aestheticians that provides all aspects of skin care and skin renewal, including assessing, consulting, and recommending treatments and protocols for skin care and maintenance. I have many years of experience in both aesthetics and skin care and hold multiple certifications from major laser aesthetic companies such as Syneron, Radiancy, Edge Systems, and many others.
Having spent 18 years as an aesthetician as a spa manager taught me the importance of hands on experience and education. A firm believer in treatment results and patient safety, I support my peers with hands on training and education for myself and staff. I am also a syndicated skin care columnist with major blogging sites such as medicalspamd.com, ASLMS, and medicalspasociety.com to name a few. I am a staunch advocate of healthy skin and preventative at-home care. Many patients come to seek my advice on a daily basis on skin care and aesthetic issues ranging from hair removal, acne, aging, sun damage, scarring, wrinkles and many others.
