Tricia is of my mother's generation, roughly. And she's lived through a whole bunch of horrendous things in her life. Many women of her glorious and wise age were brought up to believe in a 'stiff upper lip', not airing one's 'dirty laundry', and above all else... soldiering on. As such, I think Tricia's bravery is most poignant because here's a woman who, despite all this, despite what it costs her emotionally... she's writing about her life anyway. Its chilling stuff, and its awe-inspiring.

This is one brave woman, writing from the bottom of her heart and making her way through a healing process that's brave and beautiful. Great writing!

Victor writes with heart and love, and humour and passion and horror... and as he's pointed out more than once, our writing and thought processes are similar :)

A yogi with the heart of a cynic, or a cynic with the heart of a yogi? I dunno, but I'm a huge fan. And you already know that :)

Great to hear another female voice out there from Australia writing on the topic of depression. I enjoy the freshness of your turn of phrase and I plan to keep tabs on your future posts. :)
