An RN with many years of experience in the different areas of nursing, transitions from a chemical (medication) approach to a natural, Energy Medicine approach (body/mind/spirit) which also include Qigong, Laughter therapy and Spiritual Healing.
What keeps me passionately occupied? Energy Medicine therapies (includes Qigong,EFT), writing, teaching (workshops) and counseling in the areas of physical, emotional and mental health, especially chronic pain, anxiety, depression, cancers, insomnia, all with a drug free therapy without side-effects.
My Historical Novel "BENEATH THE SINGAPORE SKY WAS PUBLISHED IN JULY 2009 and have started book signings in various bookstores.
If reading my blog empowers you, then I have done part of my job. The other part is achieved after a person experiences my natural, healing therapies. Your confidentiality is always respected and protected.
